Like the title says, up for sale is a turbonetics kit for 03-04 g35 manual. Kit has about 10k miles on it. Kit comes with everything except the A/C line. Turbo has no shaft play. Kit still on car but will be off this weekend. You will need a reflash or Utec, no EMS included.

Kit come with the following parts:

- All v-banded exhaust piping & v-band clamps - one of the clamps is messed up but I have a replacement for it brand new.
- All intake piping, clamps, couplers - some of the clear is chipping on the piping. summers are over 100F where im at daily. its 90F+ today. all these clamps are good, and couplers are all good, no tears.
- Turbonetics 60-1 Stage V turbo
- Turbonetics Raptor BOV - works perfect, might need minor cleaning
- Turbonetics Evolution Wastegate 8.5psi internal spring - works perfect as well, might need minor cleaning
- Turbonetics 380cc Injectors - can have them cleaned locally by shop for extra 50 if interested.
- Spearco Intercooler - no bent fins at all
- Intercooler Fan contoller kit

Parts needed to complete bolt-on to your car:

- Reflash, piggyback, or EMS
- A/C line - I bent mine enough to get it out of the way and wrapped it in that protective foil film
- Oil feed line kit - I had one custom made at Burton's Auto Supplies for 35 bux
* You will need a t-fitting to tap into oil pressure sending unit
- Oil return line kit - Used power-steering line for 18-wheeler; 20 bux at Burton's
* You will need the piece to tap into the upper oil pan OR buy an APS oil pan and drain to that or any oil pan spacer, etc.
- Walbro fuel pump - u can get em for less than 100 bux online
- Air Filter
- New plugs - one step colder

Things to note on kit:

- I had to make a modification to this kit. the return pipe on wastegate broke on me, so I converted kit to open dump. It can easily be converted back to original by purchasing that one pipe that broke.
- Turbo kit is the one without the catalytic converter.
