Anyone have pictures that show the clearance of the stock midpipe vs the oem rear sway?

Since the rear sway bar is the same part on the Z and sedan, it doesn't make sense that the 350EVO bar doesn't clear the sedan mid pipe since it's designed to clear the same oem rear bar. Still, it's a great set of sway's and I have the bar in the rear. IMO, if it doesn't clear, spend $40 to have a exhaust shop tweak the mounts to get your clearance.

Another added plus, it is SO much easier to pull the bar now to clean and grease the rear swaybar bushings since I don't have to fool with my exaust.

They do, but you have to grind part of the hangar that goes below the exhaust pipe.

I had these on my '04, & got it to work fine.

marlim4skyline - i'll let you know by the weekend, leaving for s business trip tomorrow so i dont haev time to calculate.

gsedan35 and intgr8r - i was really hoping these would haev just installed. when i was at the shop it looked pretty obvious that they wouldn't go in. if i ever have my car on the lift again, maybe i'll take another look if these don't sell.

^ It took a bit to get them right on my '04.

They looked OK (cleared) when the car was sitting normal.
But when the bar was loaded it would hit the hangar under the pipe.

Sounds good. Does anybody know if these bars have issues with the HKS hipower exhaust? Thanks.
