In regards to your PayPal issue, can't you just enter a new credit card and have them verify that instead of your sisters?

no. they specifically want that card because that card was filed under unauthorized usage.

ya it says that if i dont deal with the withdrawal transaction then itll just be refunded to you automatically.. but you didnt give me the 3%.. so im gonna be in negative balance. thanks...

what do you mean?? I gave you what you told me to send...it auto refunds whatever was submitted. Paypal gives me back the full amount of 50.00. If you issue the refund yourself it will NET Zero.

FYI, PayPal will/should reimburse you the 2.9% + $0.30 for all refunds.
