FS: Custom Speaker Baffles (Spacers) & Custom Enclosures

Helping out a buddy of mine who does some excellent work. He has worked on someone's car on this forum already and will be working on mine and I'm VERY picky when it comes to audio installs.

Anyhow, he is offering custom enclosures for the sedan and speaker baffles (spacers).

The enclosure is 1.85cuft before sub displacement. Price is $120 local pick up. Charcoal gray carpet. Braced internally for support. Uses 3/4" MDF.

Can do two 10"s, two 12"s, or one 15" depending on the subs' requirements/recommendations.

Here is a pic with 2 10's...all enclosures will come with the beauty panel as seen in this pic.

He can also made 3/4" mdf speaker baffles. Specific speaker cutout diameter needed so that it fits your speaker. Not sure if the coupe baffles are the same as the sedan, but if so, these will fit your application as well. Price is $15 local or +ship.

Here are sample pics of the baffles, I do not think these are fully finished, but it gives you an idea of the crafstmanship.

Hey Levon thanks for starting this up for James. That's my trunk lol.

I have pictures of the sub box which was a great alternative to the Zenclosures sub boxes that I'll upload shortly.

Crap, how do you resize these? They're on my photobucket account.

Anyways, the sub enclosure was 0.25 cubes bigger than the zenclosure enclosures for the 03-06 sedans. James did a great job with fitment for both the subwoofers themselves as well as the enclosure to the sedan's trunk.

I would recommend this box to any local socal people to save on shipping and to see the enclosure in person before purchasing. Also if anyone wants a listen, just PM me.

He also made an amp rack for me in my spare tire well. If you guys want pics of that let me know.

For the baffles/spacers for mids in the front doors, yes. Not for the enclosure. Enclosure is local only at $120 with the beauty panel and carpeted.
