Just dust! The rims are clean / spotless minus the two defects I mentioned / took pics of. If you guys meet me this weekend, i'm offering it at $300 but I'm not dealing with low-ballers.

and i shipped with USPS and it cost me $100-$120 with insurance to ship it to cali.
