I had this popcharger and stillen z-tube on my car for less than 1000 miles. Took it off because I'm getting rid of the car. Comes with everything a popcharger comes with when new. All rubber gaskets, heatshield, filter and bracket. Filter does have some scratches on the chrome part, but isn't visible once installed. Stillen z-tube is in excellent condition.
