Hey guys, here is a sound clip of my G35 Coupe.
Only engine mod is a JWT Pop Charger Intake w/ a Stillen Z-Tube.
Exhaust has the OEM Piping including the OEM resonator.
I had an exhaust shop remove the Muffler only and create a custom type of y-pipe as a replacement.
Sound is amazing in person! No crazy drone and its fairly quiet when driving lightly.
Done for strictly sound, not performance.

 

Can you post pics of what your custom Y pipe looks like? Honestly best sounding muffler delete I ever heard on the G. Thinking about doing it but want to see what yours looks like to replicate the bends.

 

Yeah I like that, not what I expected . It was really only just a replacement pipe?

 

 

^^ Not technically straight piped because you still have cats.

This is test pipes and muffler delete, stock resonator is still in place. I love it.

 

Left the cats since its pretty strict here in california.
