i got to talk to the guy at redy battery since they are involved in this. it was their ups account that was used. they're helping me look for this character. or his friend that used this account to ship out. i have my friends in NJ that i drift with looking for this guy too. hopefully we'll get some results. i'll keep you guys updated! hopefully we come out with something.
