I'm not sure what brand High flow cats they are. I bought them used off here a while ago used off of here then decided to go a different route. the exterior of one of them I grinded off all the surface rust so its shiny the second still has surface rust as a result of use. also in 1 of the cats a small amount of the cat material is missing ie. a hole. but the person I bought it from assured me they would still function.
