VQ35DE: Cosworth H-beam connecting rods and Wiseco extreme-duty pistons (BRAND NEW!)
PISTONS AND RODS SOLD!!!
So let me start this thread by stating the following. These internals are of the utmost quality and were chosen for their ability to survive in an engine that produces over 1000+whp. That said, these are not the same rods/pistons that you'll find in many "basic rebuild" kits that are available online. These internals are not for someone looking to throw together a 400-600whp car. They are for someone who's building a semi-racecar, that will safely run 1000+whp. The quality of my rods/pistons by far exceeds those in these basic kits; for example, here's one such kit sold by Z1 (at the link below)... which is selling for $1025 (that's basically the price of my pistons alone):

Here's a link to the Extreme-Duty pistons I bought from Z1 (not the same ones in the link above):

And regarding my Cosworth rods, here's a link to the GT Motorsports web site, where I purchased these top-quality rods:

In short, I paid just over $2500 for my rebuild kit, and I'm asking $2000 for it. That's 20% off BRAND NEW NEVER USED parts of the HIGHEST QUALITY. These internals are really only for someone who wants the ABSOLUTE BEST for their G or Z. That's why I bought them. Yes, it may be overkill for many applications, but I wanted a car that I could eventually move up into the 800+whp range.
If that's what you're looking for, then shoot me a PM, but in all fairness, I can't move much further down on my extremely generous prices for the products listed in this thread:
$1200 - Cosworth forged-steel rods
$850 - Wiseco extreme-duty pistons
Please Note: Prices do not include shipping.
PART: Cosworth H-Beam forged-steel connecting rods (Click here for more info)
PRICE: $1200 (MSRP $1450)
MILEAGE: N/A (BRAND NEW)
LOCATION: Gaithersburg, MD
CONTACT: PM to shdowflare
CAR TYPE: 03-06 350z (VQ35DE revup/non-revup)/ 03-07 G35 Coupe/Sedan (VQ35DE revup/non-revup)
These are superior quality connecting rods for those looking to have an engine capable of maintaining power levels of 1000+rwhp. Not for the faint of heart.
The connecting rod is the vital link between the piston and power. When engine output is increased, the demands placed on the connecting rod increase as well. To ensure engine reliability in all conditions, original connecting rods should be replaced with heavy duty specification parts. Cosworth Forged Connecting Rods are manufactured from high strength 4340 (EN24) steel and machined to exacting tolerances. Sold in a matched set of 6 rods.
