I have to say the tune and the numbers at REAL
the only difference between the WHP numbers on the dyno and real life WHP is when your have you actual rims on the car, the weight does make a little a difference.

when your getting the tune they took the dyno up to your wheel hubs

I know user: butkiss1 is way faster with his 17's on vs the 19's

 

so do you have to buy the osiris cipher cable and all or does it come with the tune at chuches.. i read it comes w/the license, but what does that mean..?

I don't think that's accurate. I think it's $200 to buy a coupon for a $250 flash, so it's actually a $450 tune, a savings of $100 on the regular $550 price.
