my buddy bought the car new and almost immediately changed to aftermarket springs.
These have been sitting in his garage for nearly 7 years now and have less than 5k miles on them.

Not sure on the coupe on the sedan 1 inch. Theres a full 350Z/Coupe suspension thread on the forums you can read.
