not a bad price. I got mine new from RE for $215 shipped and it took over 6 weeks to get it cuz they make them in batches. and it comes with a shift cup which is like 20 bucks if you dont have a press and break it installing from your original one which is good.

btw the install for this take like 30 minutes if that...
