What do the 19" wheel and tire sets typically run as far as price?

For this instance, slight rashing on one wheel, but other than that, brand new with 95% tread left on the original tires. I have no idea what I should be offering right now.

lowest i've seen is 1200 with 1 curb rash with TPS and 900 miles on the tires

 

I picked a set up for $1100 shipped. Tires had less than 7000 miles on 'em and one wheel had a very small scratch - other 3 were like new.

 

my stock wheels were stolen a couple months ago, the car had 5700 miles on it, state farms gave me $5,481.19 for them , so i would guess anything less than 2 grand is a good deal

 

I am selling mine. I have brand new tires and 0 curb rash. Wanted $1500 or best offer. Located in Philly.
