Let's put it this way ... I paid under $2,000 for everything including the 6 year warranty! All parts are brand new and the Pioneer parts came from an authorized dealer!

I think I did pretty well for myself considering the headunit itself sells for $2,250 from Crutchfield!

Sixth Avenue Electronics Store is where I bought all of the Pioneer products. (http://6ave.com/) Call 1-877-684-2831 and ask for Roberto. Tell him that Anthony Pagano sent you and he'll hook you up! He's a great guy and he'll give you a hell of a deal!

Turns out the blips or weird sounds from music saved on the HD only applies to audio CDs that are converted to CDDA format from MP3s. I haven't had this issue with original audio CDs or exact copies of original audio CDs.

The going price has dropped somewhat since I installed mine. It was barely on the market back then.

Keep in mind though, that if you buy from Ebay, your manufacturer's warranty may not be valid.

I heard rumors of a Z2 coming out, anyone else hear that? Also, Grubbs claims to have the A/C controllers and finishers in stock if anyone is interested.

The deck is pretty cool, much better than stock in every way.

Complaints: I don't really like the volume controls, wish they made it touch screen in addition to the hard buttons. The Hard Drive doesn't let you record MP3s, only from audio CDS. CDs created from MP3s and then recorded onto the HD suffer from low quality when played back on the HD. The ipod interface is nice looking, but slow, and very hard to search for individual artists/songs. The navi has failed me a few times, taking me to places that don't exist (not new neighborhoods either). The screen contrast went schitzo on me a few times, darkening and brightening on its own. Some burned DVDs work and others don't haven't found a pattern with these yet.

Other than the few gripes I listed above, this deck is awesome. No regrets at all.

Are you asking for pics of my interior with the deck installed? Those are on the first page of this thread.
