I have worked out a very special price with my asian distributor for the Denon DCT-100 in black. The normal price after shipping, wire transfer fees, and etc. was $2,050.00. If I can get eight (8) units commited, I have been authorized by him to sell them at $1,550.00/each, a $500/piece savings (about 25%). If I can get four (4) units commited, the price would be $1,625.00/each.
The DCT-100 is an incredibly good SQ deck, and it comes in the hard-to-find black facia color. Drop me a line at sbuwalda@buwaldahybrids.com for details and/or a copy of the Denon manual in English.

Denon DCT-100 sounds like a purist SQ deck. Too bad no one is getting on his GB. I would love to get this deck, but the FM tuner range is not compatible with the US as I listen to a good bit of news radio during commutes. If I ever get a weekend car, I may think about this deck. I don't use iPod and I'm not a big mp3 fan cuz SQ stinks on most mp3s so I'm not taken aback by the lack of RW, iPod, and mp3 support.
