horn loaded compresion drivers
I did a search for HLCD, and nothing came up.
here is a link for those that dont know http://www.imagedynamicsusa.com/prod...cd1e&type=horn
Im asking the stereo guru's if they have ever done an install with this in a g35
also is there enough room under the dash for these, I once saw (many moons ago) these horns installed in the defrost vent, firing to front windsheild, the car had excelent imaging and SQ.

I think there's enough room under dash in a G coupe. I was at Speakerworks in Orange, CA a couple of weeks ago looking at some USD HLCD. The ID mini horns would be a cool choice because of their size.
From what I remember about horns, i think they are very touchy and extremely hard to tune. check out www.elitecaraudio.com, make an account and do a search there. There are some hardcore audio folks on that board and I remember the topic coming up many times.
Do a search on my username. I installed a set of ID CD1Pro horns in my car a few years ago. I had no problem with leg room and I have a 6MT. I used the mini-horn bodies. They are now uninstalled from the car. I liked the way they sounded and may reinstall them sometime this year if I ever get a break from work......
