I am going out of town for several days, I might be able to gt online and check for any questions. Sorry about the black and brown, we never really found the brown dash, but he told me the other was black. The only one I know for sure is he titanium. Also it takes him about a day or two to reply to email because of the time difference. And I dont think hes open on weekends. You have to pay first then he orders it, takes about a week for him to get, then you have too pay S&H. The total was about 300$. Oh yeah my bracket is over there, why doesnt somebody buy mine so I dont have to pay for shipping, I have already paid for it but dont need it, so im out 30$ but gotta pay 27$ to get it shipped. Somebody could send me 30$ and get the bracket and not pay extra shippinglike i would have to do. Like I said you dont really need the bracket but I had to modify mine to work because I couldnt wait.

There were several other people who had contacts to import stuff if they had the part numbers. Why dont some of you guys check out that route.

Anyway, there is the info. Hope everybody gets the parts and puts in some great systems. You can all send your checks to my paypal account- haha.

I think a group buy is the way to go. I am curious how this mod will affect those of us with NAV. Will aftermarket systems allow us to still have the NAV unit talk through the stereo for example. Also, the part numbers listed here are for a Dash with no NAV (68475-35F00 Dash Pocket), so I am curious on the price difference for NAV setups as well

No, of course if you change out your clarion stock unit you will not get voice over prompts from the nav. That should be obvious. There will no longer be integration between stock clarion and stock navigation. The dash kit will work with the nav or w/out it, w/ the stock stereo or w/out it. It all depends on what bracket you buy at the end on what you're going to install.

I have the NAV as well, I'm assuming we would get the double din dash, the ac controller, and the dash pocket. I have no idea which bracket to get but I'll probably do what tig888 did and stick with the current bracket and drill some holes in it if necessary.

I don't really care about the voice integration stuff...I have it turned off right now.

J's is okay. I ordered my dash parts from there. But, you guys might want to find someone in the USA that imports parts. J's is kind of slow and it literally takes days to have questions answered.

 

when i say brown i mean willow, and when I say "dash pocket" i mean the pocket under the radio not the one where nav is. if you have nav you have to buy a different metal bracket to hold the nav unit, dont know about the nav integration, dont think it would work. actually j's is kinda quick, it may take a day for a reply but it only took him 4 or 5 days to get the part and when he shipped it he said i would get it in 10 days and it only took 2, i couldnt believe 2 days from japan.

if you dont mind redrilling and modifying your existing bracket like i did all you have to order is the first 3 parts. I only bought the blank so i could put in a custom eq, so all you need is the titanium dash, ac controls and dash pocket under the radio.

this may be an even dumber question, have you never read about this topic? do you know what we are talking about? regarding the part #s, they are all the same except for the bracket.
