laser shifters are not illegal everywhere. In fact, it's rather hard to make it illegal because you are transmitting light, not electomagnetic waves (this it is covered under the FDA instead of the FCC). Radar jammers, however, are illegal in all states... and there is only one that works at all (and it works poor at best).

as long as the cop holds the trigger and doesnt let it go.....ur gonna get burned everytime.!!!! if the cop is chillin with it on and his hands off the trigger....ur good and can pick the laser up from a good distance.!!!
