Re: Headrest monitors installed (PICS)

I've been spending a lot of time taking the car apart (seats, nav, front console, center console, etc.) but the actually headrests took about 2 hours with running the wires. Right now they're underneath the seats. There's only 1 wire from the monitor that had to be routed. The rest of the wires will be running under the carpet.

nice install... but with the angle of the head rest, does that affect the quality of the lcd?

Re: Headrest monitors installed (PICS)

The Alpine monitors have a very wide viewing range (vertically and horizontally) so the angle is not an issue. Maybe if you sit at a 90 degree angle then it might be for a small child. Haven't tried that yet.

That's one reason I got Accelevision monitors for my sedan headrests. They can tilt 30 degrees, 15 up or 15 down. My primary back seat passengers are younger than 10.

I just want to know why your front seats are different of my Sedan Seats? the shoulders of your seats are higher than mines.

The coupe seats are very different than the sedan seats.
