Wanted to pass this by to everyone. I found the perfect solution to removing that trim around the clock on 04 and previous versions of the G. Basically goto Wal-Mart/Home Depot and buy a spackling/putty knife (made to spackle over holes in your wall in sheet rock, etc.) will probably cost you 1 or 2 $ but works great and especially if you don't have a ruler laying around. It's made out of plastic so shouldn't mess up the trim piece or the dashboard around it.
