PAC PA11-NIS wont work in an 03?

I have a 2003 G35 6MT coupe with a PAC PA11-NIS installed and it is not working with my factory Bose stereo. When I push the satilite button on the stereo nothing happens. I took my car and the PAC PA11-NIS to the PAC wharehouse and their technicians looked at it and they could not get it working either, they even tried all the older revisions as well as the new ones. Their conclusion was that My factory stereo was not compatible with the PAC PA11-NIS or that my stereo wasnt functioning properly, which is very unlikely beucase it was just replaced by the dealer. Has anyone put a PAC PA11-NIS in a 03 coupe and know for sure that the PAC PA11-NIS is compatible with 03. I also noticed that the USA SPEC PA11-NIS is only compatible with 04 and newer, not 03 according to their website. Anyone know if thats true?

I put one in my early 03 and it works with no problems. Mine 03 is canadian - not sure if that makes a difference.
