Is the ECU from a 2003 350z MT the same as an 03 G35 coupe MT?

I think I might have blown what controls the ignition on the ECU so I wanted to know if I could swap my ecu with my friend's.

as always I end up having to figure things out off-forum.

People, g35 ECU's are NOT compatibe with 350z's due to the immobilizer system. YOu need to get one from the dealer that suits your car or perhaps get one from another car and get it programmed at the dealer for yours.

If you have to replace your ECU, you will need to get another one for YOUR car and have it reprogrammed at the dealer.
