Does 2003 CD Player Play MP3 Disks?
I have an early 2003 G35 Coupe. Can anyone tell me if the CD player will play MP3 CDs? I've tried but it doesn't seem to recognise them.

Only the 05 06 sedan and coupe have the mp3 read capability if yours has a casset deck (as if we need one) it doesnt play mp3s

Does anyone know if you can somehow find a 05' or '06 headunit, can it be installed on an '03.5?

No the wiring is completely different so its not plug and play. That being said anything can be done given a large enough check book account
