you don't have to roll up the window by putting the key in the ignition. just insert the key into the drivers door and turn it to the left twice and hold it to the left. the windows will roll up then.

Holding down the unlock button after the first or second click will determine wether you roll the windows down with just the drivers door unlocked(1 click) or all four doors(2 clicks) unlocked.
