I've been wanting to install an iPod in my '03 G35 for awhile now. And now let me tell you why I'm stupid.

I've seen plenty of people who have done this install, some talk of the process and I've also seen 2 pieces of hardware I can buy but I still have questions.

If I buy the PAC and the Bliz whatever will I be able to use any of the steering wheel controls? If not does anyone know of a way to control the iPod video while it's tucked away somewhere?

How easy/hard is this to install? Is my best bet just dropping it by a car audio place for an hour and letting them go at it?

if you just want to play your ipod and retain your steering wheel controls get the USA SPEC NA11-PIS. https://g35driver.com/forums/audio-video-electronics/84997-ipod-hook-up-usa-spec-pa11onis-pro-clip.html theres a helpful link. You can buy it off crutchfield.com Theres a lot of DIY with pictures out there if you got the ***** to DIY. Some are for 04 and 05 but i think its the same **** for the 03 as well.
With the USA SPEC you can tuck your ipod away and control your playlists through your steering wheel controls or you can set it to where you still can control your ipod like normal and just skip songs with the steering wheel.
