can I install the oem nav in my stock non nav g?

I have a 2004 g35 sports coupe and wanted to know since it has everything, bose and all but not the navigation......can I install it on mine if i buy the whole oem center piece like on this link here http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2003-...spagenameZWD1V

and will it work and bolt right up? or is there more internal pieces that go with the navigation to make it work and pick up the signal?????

thanks ,
i wish it came with it

It's possible, but extremely difficult!

I thought about doing this but was turned away by the difficulty! I was told I needed to change the the factory interior wiring harness to a nav equpped cars interior harness.
search forum for more info!

why bother. Buy one of the new portable gps systems out there. cheaper, easy and better. Search this site for the best of the portables. I have a 2004 with nav and the nav is okay at best- not worth 2k (or even 1k). If I had a choice again I would not get the stock nav.
