My amp doesn't seem to be working right now so I had to decide on whether I want to buy a new 500/1 amp for $400 or send it to JL to fix it for $180. Has anybody had experience with sending their amps to JL to fix? What should I do guys??

 

Send it. The internals will be good as new, in fact better as they will apply any new revisions to the amp. The outside will remain the same.
