Help - Need Specific Ground/Hot Under the hood.

Anyone know where i can tap into a wire (somewhere under the hood) that goes to Ground ONLY when the ignition is OFF??

....OR goes to 12v (from gound) ONLY when the ignition is OFF?

what are you looking to do ? cuz if you only want a ground source at ign. off all you have to do is rig a relay using an ign. (key on) power source as the energizer lead of the relay

... but i've just hooked it up hot all the time and it functions just fine.

Thats a good suggestion though. Your saying use a relay to take an input signal from the ignition to trigger a constant ground.
