I CALLED MY LOCAL CAR STEREO DEALER (INOVATIVE AUDIO) THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY TOOK THE FACTORY RADIO OUT OF A SEDAN AND WERE ABLE TO LEAVE THE A/C IN WITH OUT REPLACING IT. THEN THEY MODIFIED THE THE PLASTIC. BUT I WAS TOLD BEFORE THAT YOU HAD TO BUY THE NEW A/C FROM JAPAN? IS THIS TRUE IF SO IT IS ALOT CHEEPER THIS WAY.

 

First of all calm down with the caps. Second, anything's possible with money. I would assume it's possible to cut up the board and resolder a few things. Also then you gotta cut up and repaint the console. Third, If you mess up that board with ac/radio controls, its like $270 bucks to replace.

 

Actually $343 to replace!
