navandtv2go problem

I was having a shop that navandtv2go had recommended to go to to install their pnp unit on my 03 sedan, and they ran into some problem with blowing my stock fuses in my head unit everytime they connect it. they are saying its might be a bad unit. has anyont ran into this problem before?

Hi Kris
Hope all is well.
I spoke to the installer today and told him how to fix it. There are 2 wires swapped in the cables that is causing this. Please let me know how you make out.
Thanks Dominic www.TVandNav2Go.com
