Double Din Antenna Question

I've searched with no luck

So I’ve been running my Avic D1 for a while now and love it. But I’ve had no radio reception, the antenna is plugged into the head unit with the correct adapter, but I’ve read threads here about our antenna being powered. Since I replaced my head unit I’m thinking my antenna is not getting power. Does anyone know the wire that should be getting power for the antenna, or some way to test this? Thanks for any info you can provide.

The antenna in the G is in glass not power. I would check all your connections and make sure you used the right plugs. I installed the same unit and it gets perfect reception.

There is a wire that is for the power antenna in the stock harness behind your HU. The new HU powers up the antenna signal booster in the rear C-pillar via this wire. You probably forgot to hook this up.

So when you did the install, you should have purchased a Scosche NN03 with the following wires:

Yellow = 12 Volt Battery/Constant (12V+)
Red = 12 Volt Ignition/Switched (12V+)
Blue = Power Antenna
Blue/White = remote Turn On (12V+)
Orange = Illumination/Dimmer
Black = Chassis Ground (12V-)
White = Left Front Positive (LF+)
White/Black = Left Front Negative (LF-)
Gray = Right Front Positive (RF+)
Gray/Black = Right Front Negative (RF-)
Green =Left Rear Positive (LR+)
Green/Black = Left Rear Negative (LR-)
Violet = Right Rear Positive (RR+)
Violet/Black = Right Rear Negative (RR-)

The "Blue = Power Antenna" is the one you are looking for. This should be connected to the blue wire from the AVIC-D1 harness as illustrated in the attached.
