woo hooooo I finished mine up last nite!! im so HAPPY!! hahaha

hey so where are you guys mounting the box n switch...i ran mine to the glove box to have access to the plugs

i was planning to take my dvd unit for the navi and relocate it to the trunk since i won't have much use takin the cd in and out, and place the dvd player where the dvd-rom unit was before and the box n switch iono i'll let you know when i come up with an idea lol

I was think putting the switch in the center console inside that cubby how was the install 4 door i wont have time till tuseday to get to this so anything that was unexpected

it was no big deal really, the usual center console dismantling, and i did drop the panel where the glove box is so i would have some access to run the wires, I left the box in the glove box for now until I find a suitable place behind there somewhere to stash it and still have access. it took me maybe an hour (in the dark mind you)

I just installed my non plug and play one it was not that bad the wiring schematic could be better but I figured it out so far I am happy with the quality but did not really mest with it.

Just a couple quick questions before I make a purchase:

If power is lost to your unit, does the OEM navigation display still function?

Can you please send me the installation PDF, and any other specification documents you have available for your product? I would like to take a look at them just so I can make sure that the unit will physically fit in the space I have, and will work for my purposes.
