Re: Playstation 2

I thought about this for a while. It will definately fit nicely under the glovebox. But it will also rob some room from the front seat passenger. My primary users will be in the back seat, and my wife's comfort is the priority. So I decided to not bolt the PS2 into the car at all. I installed the AV converter in the left corner of the trunk (near the jack), along with a set of RCA jacks. I also have another set of jacks and another power outlet where the rear ashtray is. This way, if the kids want more control, they can live with the inconvenience of having it under their feet, or on the seat between them. If they want it out of their way, it can go in the left rear corner of the trunk. I just need to get some controller extension cables for the trunk set up as I'm not too convinced the wireless controlers are any good.

Re: Playstation 2

There was no leg room loss up front. I also had to worry about the comfort of my wife. She's 5'8" and basically her feet are under the box. My box is only 1/2" larger than the PS2 so it doesn't get in the way.
