Running stock speakers and amp. Sound is actually better than with the stock deck.

Cool, I may go that route first and then replace all the speakers. I have seen other posts on here which indicate keeping stock HU and using aftermarket amps and speakers makes the system sound worse...so I was a little apprehensive about mixing stock and aftermarket parts.

I'll probably be visiting bay audio tomorrow. Thanks for all your imput.

the double din finisher G install, when done properly (wire tied and secured wiring, secured so it sits in the middle and not too low like when using stock holes, etc etc), is about a 2-4 hours job depending on how good the installer is and how experienced he is with the job...i usually charge about 100-125 bucks to do just that... 450 means that person has no clue waht he is doing or did something wrong so that he spends tongs of time doing it last time, so either way, i would find someone else where...

a good shop in PA, i HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend audio originals, www.audiooriginals.com or www.audioriginals.com, the guy, jason barreca, is one of the best installers in the country and a great guy, tell him Bing recommend you to him hehe

i got mine done at circuit city a mile away for 270...it took him a little extra time and it was originally only 150 but he worked some extra hours..so i guess it was reasonable
