How to access tweeters?

What's the procedure to get to the Bose tweeters? I want to try replacing them with some others I have. Do you have to remove the door panel, or is there an easier way?

(I made this post before but it seems to have vanished..)

You will have to take the door panel out and then the A-Pillar

It is a pain to get the Tweeter out..
