dvd / mp3 player

hey guys, i'm new to the whole modifying thing.. i just had a few questions about my stereo.. well i wanted to get a aftermarking dvd/mp3 player that replaces my stock stereo.. but from all the pictures i see from the site it looks like i have to get some sort of piece that changes the whole center console.. can someone tell me what im supposed to do here? or any links so i can get that piece? thanks for your time guys

Not sure what year G you have, but you will need the double-din conversion kit. They are different for 03/04s and 05/06s. The expensive part of this is the a/c controller module since you cannot use your stock one. For 03/04, you would need the bracket, finisher and a/c module. Keep in mind you will need this kit regardless of whether you go single-din or double-din.

If you have on 05-06 you can save 50 bucks and use your stock bracket it will fit any double or single din unit.

With the 2004 you will need to get the bracket.

The bracket is so you can mount a double din or a single din in the jdm spec counsole.

i can't find the bracket you guys are talking about on that site up top.. where else can i find this bracket ?

i wanna get double-din too but will my steering wheel control and bluetooth still work? thinking about getting avic-z1

i want to get a double din.. can anyone tell me what i should get if i just wanna play simple mp3's and dvd's.. something that isn't too expensive would be cool..
