Hi guys, this is my first time here in the audio & navi section
I have a question concern about the mod selling on ebay for navigation system that works to watch tv...
i dont know if this topic have been posted before.. sorry if it does and i bring it up again...

what is the best install to make my stock navi to be able to watch DVDs and VCDs

What parts do i need? are there any bundles available on market?

 

I've seen that one on ebay and looks like the AVelectronic box a lot of us have. I don't think it's the actual box though. You can get the actual one from their site for about the same amount of money. Once you get the box all you need is a seperate DVD player (I used my PS2) and you're set. Do a search in this forum under avelectronic and you should find quite a bit of info.

And yes it is worth the money. IMO.

I have the AV Box too!
It is so worth the $$$ -
I'm not that impressed with the TV reception.
Very poor quality...wonder if they have sat mobile tv soon!
Once you have it installed in your car, people go OMG he's watching TV in that car!

I get pretty good reception. I'm able to watch the news on my way to work and I can watch football on the weekends.
