Bose replacement ?
Had my 03 6MT Cpe to the dealer today about stuck CD's. I searched the threads & had no luck with the fixes others have posted. So I took it to the dealership. They said
1 $99 to take it out.
2 $350 min to fix
3 4 to 6 weeks to get it back.
4 In the meantime heater will be on high & default to the floor vents.
If I didn't like this they said "take it to a local Auto - Audio store".
Unacceptable
This was after I took it to a local Auto-Audio store who told me the same thing & "take it to the dealer".
Car is going on 4 years old, so I guess I should replace the HU.
I need some suggestions for a Aftermarket HU that has the same functions as the Bose, AM,FM, CD, Tape. Sat. I'm not really into a big system, just want the basic functions. Thanks in advance for advice.
