JL 500/1 amp

I'm about to buy a this amp for $250 to power a 10w6v2 The amp is a month old and is in perfect working condition.
I've been shopping around and this seems to be the best price I've found for this amp.
Just thought I would ping this off some you guys and see if it's a good deal.
The reason I'm going with this amp is because it's the only "intelligent" amp that I know of that will power the 10" sub. I'm sure there are several others out there that can compete with the JL, but this is the only one I've done all my research on.
Thanks,

That's a great amp and a perfect match for a 10W6. $250 is about the average going price for a used one. From time to time I have seen them for ~$200 on ebay.

Here in the bay area $250 for a 500/1 is a great deal. I look just about everyday of JL amps on craigslist. Jump on it.

I'm very happy with my 10w6v2 powered by a 500/1 in a 4080 box (lots of numbers there...)

You made a great choice!

Dave

thx. Just bought the 10w6v2 on ebay today. Got the 500/1 amp and am waiting on the 4080 box.
Hope to have it all hooked up by next weekend.
