Anyone connect their iPod to the G35?

Any luck with doing this?

Is there a certain part I can buy to make this possible?

I wonder how it sounds compared to a direct CD.

Just buy a cassete adapter and use it that way. Mine works pretty well, actually really well. There is only tape noise when there is a sioent part in the song, other than that its works. The added equalizer from the ipod helps the bose a lot. Oh and apple has a car kit that you can get, which is a really good quality product.

Hasn't been cracked yet. There are supposedly two companies working on something that can plug into the SAT input, but I dont know the names of the companies (do a search for iPod). I also heard Phat Noise (makers of the Phat Box) have been able to get the SAT input working, of course, they don't care about us iPod owners so that does nothing for us. BTW, how is the FM transmitter working out for you?

its not as good as I thought it would be. I was hoping for a "strong FM" sound but all I can get is a average radio station sound. Some of the stronger radio stations here in LA are a lot better sounding, makes my griffin itrip seem crappy.

It is hard to find a "clean" radio station in LA. Almost every one is taken, and even ones that aren't, other radio stations leak onto those.

the fm transmitter is basically a temporary solution for me.

That's what I figured. I just ordered an FM modulator, hopefully it will sound much better. It has 100 selectable channels. It's the Power Acoustik FM-100 PLL FM Modulator. Got it for $32.99.

IPod Connectivity getting even better!

Please excuse if this has been posted before. Didn't see it in a quick search-

Regarding the iPOD, Blitz is doing something very interesting:

Copied from the Blitzsafe forum:
(Poster: Chris@BlitzSafe)
We are working on an audio input/IPOD control that will allow you to control volume, Folder up and down, Stop/Play, Song up and down and in most instances power the IPOD as well.
