Is is possible to have OEM Nav installed...

I'm looking at picking up a 2003 G35 but was curious of two things:
1) is is possible to have factory Nav unit installed if it didn't originally come with it?
2) Is the factory Nav worth it or should I just go with an aftermarket setup?

Just go for a DoubleDin unit like the Pioneer AVIC-Z1. Basically it installs in your dash for the same price as NAV without labor. But you get a ton more features. Thats what I'm going for.

very expensive to have the oem nav installed. i called the dealership and asked them, they said it would come up to around 7 grand. they told me i'd be better off just trading the car in. just go aftermarket.
