Bose CD playing only on left side?

Bose CD playing only on left side?
I have been rattling my brain and taking things apart trying to figure this out... my oem bose (04 Coupe) only plays on the left side speakers when on cd. When its on radio or my pac-input(carputer), all works fine. I am just confused as to what is going on but since there was some body work done on the rear, I am leaning to something being wrong back there. Any input?
Already tried:
unplugging battery
unplugging and reconnecting harness/amp
check/clean harness pins

I happens sometimes.
Defect in the design and manufacture of the OEM headunit.
When it happens to me, i just punch the side of the OEM headunit, and sometimes it comes back. Sometimes....
