Suggestions on Coupe Audio Upgrades
Just recently i turned my attention to audio and video mods. I am planing on purchasing the Pioneer avh-7500dvd and avic-80dvd. Currently my car has been in and out of the shop...im getting a custom enclosure done for my two 12's (not a false floor). I am curious as of which brand of speakers offers the crispest most crystal clear highs and great mids. I had Pioneer 4ways in my other car before and they sounded good but i still want something better for my G, any suggestions? How about MB Quarts?......o yea where/from whom can i get the double din kit with AC controller from? Replies would be greatly appretiated.
One more thing..speaker size....i dont have my owners manual handy since im at work and my car is in the shop but......the front door speakers are 6.5" as well as the ones by the back seats, right? what about the ones on the rear deck...they look like 6x9's but they look too small, what size are they?

Since you have several questions, i suggest doing a search before posting. I would love to give you all the answers, but you will probably find everything you need by searching the board which will give you the best opinions.
Re: Suggestions on Coupe Audio Upgrades
The front speakers are 6.5" component, the side rear speakers are 6.5" coaxial, and the rear deck speakers are 6X9 subwoofers. There is not any highs coming from the rear deck.
Re: Suggestions on Coupe Audio Upgrades
i prefer mb quart.
i put quart components in front and quart coax's in rear sides.
i left my rear deck empty (since thats the way it came).
be aware that putting anything in the side panels requires construction because infiniti hooked us up with a POS metal bracket that screws onto the frame of the car to hold the worlds krappiest panasonic 6.5" coax. anything you plan to put there will require fabrication. i have ppi amps and subs in the trunk with a false floor....the rattle the hail out of the trunk and this is with 39 ft2 of dynamat in the trunk. all i can say is: know what you're getting yourself into.

Hey Jackson,
Your coupe came with Panasonic rear fills? I am assuming that you didn't get the Bose package? That might be a stupid question. I apologize in advance if it is. Also, I have gotten feedback that rearfills may not be worth it unless you're really picky about your sound quality. From the driver seat and passenger seat, the front components would make the most difference.
