Need help on stereo
I was driving back home with the cd player on, and all of the sudden the sound started swithcing from the right side to the left side, only. Then I could only hear the sound coming from the right front passenger speaker. When I tried to balance the sound from right to left I would only hear music from the right side but not the left side. I have a bone stock stereo and speakers. Its an 2004,it has 42k miles on it, I dont think its still under wasrranty. I was wondering if anyone had this problem before, or do you think I probably just blew the speakers? Most of the time I listen to it on #14 in volume. Thanks for any suggestions and help.
Hey did you find a fix for that problem ?
becouse I have the same problem with the sound. when i hit the side of the consol and it works on both sides sound comes back . But it happens when I take sharp corners or hit a bump hard im thinking I have somthing loose in the dash

There is a common problem among g35's that have the left side fade out when listening to CD's. If that's the case for you guys, there's a diy fix around here that tells you to trim the ribbon behind the radio to fix the problem.
I had the same issue--my fix was to gut the ENTIRE Bose audio system =D!!!
I was already having issues playing CDs, then the left driver speaker was cutting out, all of a sudden I would lose low-end sound, and apparently the Bose amp isn't that reliable either. On top of that, some people have had issues with the HVAC controls, which are built onto the Bose audio board. I just decided to nip the whole thing in the bud and I have NO regrets.
