Now that I've upgraded my system I want to fine tune it. I've always favored quality vice quantity when it comes to my systems. Anyone have a recommendation for a good EQ? I've used Audio Control in the past and they did the job fine.

ive heard nothing but good things about audio control... i say stick with that..

 

I like audiocontrol too. They've been doing it for years and years.

 

Audio Control EQS that's the way to go

 

depends on your budget, i use a audiocontrol DQT digital, its more expnesive but easier tuning for my taste, and you can get the DDC remotecontroller to tune fromt he front seat...

but good eqs abound...just keep in mind if you are serious about tuning, get a trunk mount 15-30 band eq, an indash is not the way to go msot of them dont have that many bands, some arent so clean, and it just makes you wanna fiddle with it all the time...when honestly, a well tuned system should sound good with many different types of music, with the subwoofer control the only thing you need to fiddle with

Thanks everyone. Pretty much what I was planning to do, 30-band in the trunk. I need to look into the DQT.

 

i may be coinvinced to sell mine to switch to a dqx, its less than a year old, perfect shape hehe, if you are interested, and dont need it like IMMEDIATELY, let me know
