2003 Double Din: Black trim?

I have a 2003 coupe with the black inside trim...I have searched everywhere to find a double din piece with the black trim but cannot find anything...Do they make this for 03 coupes?
And if the dont, is it possible to pick up and refit my center console with the brushed sliver trim to fit...I have a bum headunit that I might as well replace so I figured I would do it right....and because black anything is a bitch to find...

i haven't seen anything like that, get a picture or two if you can. If they do not make it, you will probably will have to go with some type of spray paint deal. It can be great if you do it right.

You have to contact Yoshi (or Yosi, same person) at j-garage.

http://www.j-garage.com/

It will be shipped from japan. Just shoot him an email yosi@j-garage.com and he will tell you how to complete the transaction.

That's how I got mine.

awesome, I let you know how that works out, but it seems like the black trim is rare almost, I hardly see it anywhere...

oh wait, i thought you were talking about black with black trim. That's what my console is. It's not titanium with black trim which seems to be what most others have.

I have done two DD installs; one on an 04 and one on an 06 and I didn't need the bracket on either.

I just recieved my black trim and black AC controls from Yoshi today. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I called a few dealers here in the US and not only could they not get the black (You can get it painted, umm, no), they are back ordered for a couple MONTHS.

I emailed Yoshi, received a reply the same day. Faxed them my ID (Japan shipping rules), paid via credit card online.

The parts were in my hands in less than 2 weeks! Correct color, no painting, I couldn't be happier. The only change I have to make is to add the button and led for the dual climate control.

It costs a little more than US dealers, but you can actually get them. Total shipped to my door was around $350. They even gave me a discount after the sale and sent a $20 bill along to cover the difference!

Send them an email and see if they can help. BTW, mine was for an '03 sedan.
