will this work with the bose amp to add a new sub?

i just found out this, is basically a plug and play into the bose amp so that u dont need to splice all the wires, it gives you the rca plugs, and you can add an aftermarket amp and a sub to the stock bose amp.
So has anyone tried this product before?
