I popped a cd into slot 5 and it doesnt work or eject. When I press 5, the changer skips disc 5. CD slots 1,2,3,4,6 work fine but its like theres no 5 anymore because it just skips it. If i press 5 it just goes to 6. Tell me what to do.

I've heard of others in the forum having this problem with 2003 models, but I thought it was fixed in the new models. I'd talk to the dealer and see if they can help you out.

start ejecting all the discs... keep hitting eject, play etc. Thats how i got mine revived after i disconnected the battery with discs in it.

03 6MT coupe, red/willow, premium, aero, splash guards, alum pedals, clear corners, 15% tint

 

If you are using CDRs, this has been a common occurence...some guys have had to have the head unit replaced. First time free in most cases.

Take all the other disks out and try holding down the eject button while you power off and on the radio. Good luck and let us know how it works out.
