deading material for subs
I just wanted to know for all those who put premium aftermarket systems in their Gs how much deadening (ie dynamat) was needed throughout the car to elminate metallic vibrations caused by the subs.

Re: deading material for subs
I had the front two doors dynamatted and the rear deck. IT helped out so much in the doors, but the rear sub still sounds like crap because it is the sub that is making the distorted sounds and the dynamat helps amplify it. It sounds better though. I also took the black plastic baffle off of the bose sub and put alittle piece of extreme dynamat in there and put it back on. That seemed to help alot more than dynamatting the rear deck.
